A new Rogue anti-spyware program called Antivirus 2009 has appeared that displays false results, is advertised through misleading web sites, comes bundled with malware, displays fake results, and requires you to first purchase the software before you can remove anything.
If you see a window like the one below, be sure to close it by clicking the "X" at the top right corner, instead of the "Cancel" button.
There may be a series of alert dialogs that pop up. Always be sure to close the windows by clicking the "X" at the top right corner. Do not click the Cancel button.
