Subsequent to our March 2010 newsletter, we are proud to announce that we have concluded our deployment, testing and debugging of all hardware and software related to Microsoft Exchange 2010. This weekend, we will be performing the move from Exchange 2007 to the new Exchange 2010 environment.
We understand that security is top priority. We have provisioned everything within our in-house server facility to smooth the progress of the data move. This move will take place within our network and not to a cloud computing environment. We have invested in new hardware and software to ensure the best possible transition without affecting your communication.
We will begin the move process on Saturday, June 5, 2010 at 9 am. The move process is performed online; therefore, you will be able to access your mailboxes during the move. However, during the final stages of your mailbox move, you may experience a short period of mailbox inaccessibility. This will not affect delivery of emails to your mailboxes.
