provide a broad spectrum of
technical support and
troubleshooting solutions to
clients in order to help them
run their day-to-day operation
smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities will include:
Setting up workstations,
installing, configuring
and supporting LAN, WAN,
and a network system or
a segment of a network
system
Resolve network and
client issues related to
servers, desktop
computers and related
software
Configure and install
software and hardware
Perform maintenance
runs, adding and
removing users from
domain controllers,
updating workstations,
configuring applications

Update
and maintain
workstations and servers
-
Monitor
network to ensure
network availability to
all system users and
perform necessary
maintenance to support
network availability
-
Perform
backups using Symantec
Backup Exec solution and
create new backup jobs
-
Maintain
local and server based
anti-virus software
(Norton, Panda, etc.)
-
Deploy
and configure Windows
2003 servers
-
Add
network printers/copiers
-
Add/remove users using
Active Directory
-
Add
Exchange accounts
-
Perform
Exchange 2003/2007
maintenance
-
Resolve
issues with Blackberry
server and client
configuration
-
Maintain
Windows XP and Vista

Ability to write technical manuals for developed web applications or web applications in the process of being developed
